E-Bike Servicing Policy 

S&W Sports E-Bike Policy

Effective 7/23/24

S&W Sports will service all E-bikes that are sold through our store, whether we are currently a dealer or not. Regarding bikes purchased elsewhere, we can service bikes that are equipped with the following brands of electronics:

Bosch

Shimano

Specialized

Yamaha

Fazua

TQ

Mahle

Bafang

Hyena

BEP

Unfortunately, we are not able to service bikes with other electronics manufacturers as we do not have the necessary tools/software to service them. Additionally, many E-bikes purchased from lesser known online retailers have non-traditional parts not used in the bike industry. This includes brake or shifting adjustments and tube or tire repairs.
