What does this mean for you? It means that we are able to apply our years of biomechanical knowledge in multiple athletic areas to best find the solution for any issues you may be having. Are you a beginner cyclist looking to make sure your bike is correct the first time? An experienced cyclist trying to dial your bike to your body? A runner transitioning into cycling or a skier who rides but has bad knees? A fit with us may be just what you need to ride faster, longer, and more comfortably.
Whether you are a recreational rider looking for a solution to pain or discomfort, or a competitive cyclist seeking improved performance, a consultation with a fit technician will go a long way toward helping you achieve your goals and enjoy the sport.
Our plus fit starts with a discussion of your cycling. Injuries, riding style, and goals are talked about. We like to understand your history so we can better help your future. From there our fit includes saddle height adjustment, saddle fore/aft adjustment, and assessment of stem length and handlebar width.
Our Pro fit covers everything in our Plus fit to start with. We will aim to really get a grasp of your sporting history, injuries that have occurred, and what your plans are for the season. In addition to saddle height and fore/aft adjustment and cockpit assessment, we will make sure your cleats are properly aligned and canted. We will also be spending more time on dialing in each respective contact point. We also go into greater depth on handlebar fit, from possibly switching them out to adjusting the hoods on the bar.
